Jonathan Eifert Public Relations is a boutique classical music PR/marketing firm based in New York City with clients across the United States. We work on the organization and artist sides of the music industry.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to manage components of our client services.
Social media — scheduling, light copywriting, managing photos, formatting photos, bitly link management.
Email marketing — formatting emails, images, links.
Website management — input content updates to client websites.
Research — light research (Google) for occasional questions that come up.
Admin — array of miscellaneous administrative tasks that might come up.
Reporting — build progress reports for all clients.
Bachelor degree preferred in marketing, media, communications, or related field — but certainly not required.
Access to internet and phone.
You provide your own computer for work.
Live permanently within the East Coast timezone.
Appreciation for classical music.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
MailChimp / Constant Contact / Emma
Squarespace / Wordpress
Familiar with social media scheduling software. We use MeetEdgar.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal skills.
Social media savvy.
Strong attention to detail in formatting digital assets (social, email, websites)
Must be available between 12pm - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday.
Up to 40 hours per week.
$15/hour, paid monthly.
Paid as 1099 contractor.
